Recent time has seen the educational exchange made between Education Bureau of Jianggan District, Hangzhou, and the delegation of American Association of School Administrators. And, a friendship agreement has been signed between the Bureau and Creighton School District, Phoenix, Arizona, USA, for enhancement of educational influence of school and the school district by mutual learning.
