Yang's Shaomai(杨记烧麦)

Shaomai is a kind of steamed dumplings with various fillings. The most popular types of the Shaomai are the Shaomai with tender tips of bamboo shoots and Shaomai with shepherd's purse. Besides dining in the restaurant, customers can also buy the raw dumplings and steam them at home.
