CICAF Makes Hangzhou More Internationalized

The 12th CICAF has finished. Holding the aim of “Grand Meeting of Animation · Festival of People” and the theme of “More International · More Animational” this year, the festival has attracted 80 countries and regions, among which the attendance of South Africa has realized the complete covering of all five continents for the first time.
