Hangzhou is a beautiful city, where Chinese and Western traditions mix and where the world's fashion stops. But as a fashion element, bar is an important and dominant area of Hangzhou for night recreation. 2009 Hangzhou International Bar Festival bars (KTV) Industry Association was held from October 30 to November 14. As Hangzhou's first largest international bar event, this carnival will be themed with "health, fashion, quality, and harmony" and will become the focus of fashion, leading Hangzhou nightlife fashion.

Recently, Hangzhou.com is giving out bar coupons 800 sets to the netizens, 10 yuan's reduction in each 100 yuan's consumption. Nearly 100 CDs recording Hangzhou's best bar music, limited edition "THE BEST OF HANGZHOU CLUB MUSIC" will be given out. There are also tickets for Kangxi Festival Concert.
