A live-streaming ecommerce base specialized in scarfs, dubbed as “China Scarf Town”, has been erected in Tonglu’s Hengcun Town and opened to public on Jan 9. With a construction area of 25,000 sq meters, it can accommodate up to 153 enterprises.

Besides the traditional processes including business match-making, investment and financing, the base gears the digital transformation of these enterprises, so that Hengcun Town will keep enjoying a dominant position of 40 years in the scarf industry.

More specifically, the base serves as a one-stop platform, where manufacturing, logistics, livestreaming, offline and online retail take place in one location at once, and where the scattered enterprises in the town have their home.
