Hangzhou Is Making Efforts to Build a World-Famous E-Commerce Innovation and Entrepreneurship Highland

“China E-Commerce Public Service Development Index” project was launched in Hangzhou the other day. The city put forwards a plan to build an internationally influential cross-border E-commerce comprehensive experimental zone, an international E-commerce service base with sound eco industrial chains, and a world-famous E-commerce innovation and entrepreneurship highland with integrated essentials.
