The execution proposal for Hangzhou national high-end software & application system regional cluster development pilot area has been formally approved, and this pilot area is the only pilot city of the national strategic emerging industries in Zhejiang Province. “High-end software & application system” is main focal point of the pilot project. Hangzhou will focus on building special economic zones, upgrading the public platform’s capacity, establishing technological innovation strategic alliance so that the software industry scale ranks the first in the whole country up to 2017.
